#Syria #Russia :President Vladimir Putin has said Russia will not change its position towards Syria, saying that all parties must support the Annan Plan to meet the aspirations of Syrians.

 In a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin, President Putin has emphasized the close relations between Russia and Syria, ensuring that Russia supports Syria, its sovereignty and its people.




The Russian Foreign Ministry said that preliminary results of the investigation being conducted by the Syrian authorities indicate that the massacre was a planned operation  and executed by terrorists in order to derail the  Annan peace plan.

He reiterated his country's support of the plan for UN envoy Kofi Annan, stressing that the UN envoy would visit Russia with updates of the current situation.Mr. Bogdanov has ensured that in the case of Syria, Russia did not support a party without the other, indicating that his country was receiving weekly delegation of the Syrian opposition in all colors: Islamists, liberals, left ....



"Logic says that the Syrian government had no interest in such a massacre before Annan's visit to Syria," exclaimed Mr. Bogdanov, in a statement to reporters, reproduced by the website "Russia Today" .The Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mikhail Bogdanov, urged not to rush to lay charges over the killing of al-Hula, in the suburbs of Homs.


Bogdanov Moscow always supports the Annan plan on Syria.He stressed that Russia had repeatedly mentioned the causes that negatively affect the performance of the Annan plan, which headed the fact that key players on the international stage are not ready to act for a political settlement.

Quoted by the website "Russia Today", the spokesman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Alexei Loukachevitch, stressed that the tragedy of al-Hula showed what conduisentt financial funds, the smuggling of weapons to armed gangs and modern day recruitment of mercenaries.

For its part, the French president said that if the observers have managed to accomplish their mission, the political process would be the second step which will lead Syria to stability and security.

He called on all international parties to make every possible effort to pass the Annan plan and to be careful when dealing with what is happening in the region, stressing that sanctions are not always effective."Every word in advance about the failure of the Annan plan is a great mistake," said the Russian president, in a press conference in Paris with his French counterpart.

"The goal of Russia is to stop violence by all parties, to avoid war in Syria and sit at the table of dialogue to resolve the crisis," he added.

Holland said Putin and the need to continue implementing the plan until the end of AnnanRussian President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart, Francois Hollande, said the need for the further implementation of the Annan plan and until the end of a settlement of the crisis through dialogue in Syria.

Chancellor Merkel said she discussed with President Putin the next steps to be adopted under the United Nations  not to let the Annan plan fail.

President Putin said he had discussed with Chancellor Merkel a political settlement of the crisis in Syria away from the logic of force for his part, Chancellor Merkel said Russia and Germany called for a political settlement of the crisis with Syria on the basis of the Annan plan, saying it had no disagreement between Germany and Russia on the Syrian issue.


President Putin has denied any remarks about the collapse of the Annan plan, stating: "Our mission is to end violence in Syria. Russia, Germany and other partners Annan must help to achieve this goal" .
